This is so convenient and it tastes almost as good as the homemade stock. It is perfect for soups, sauces, and even great to add flavor to a roast chicken. It is also great for turning leftovers into a light meal. Just make the broth, add shredded leftover chicken or turkey, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, or whatever vegetables you have at hand, a pack of tortellini, some Italian seasoning and some parmesan cheese, for a light delicious soup.
