I was introduced to Maldon Sea Salt a few years ago and since then, it is always in my kitchen cupboard. Living in Italy we quite often manage to have a Florentine beef steak and now that I have learned how to cook it, the maldon salt makes it all that tastier. I also love eating it sprinkled on a slice of bread covered in butter naughty but nice!!

I love the motto on this Maldon Sea Salt. Seasoning with substance. It really is. The 'flakes' of salt add a new dimension when roasting potatoes or a chicken for example.
It is a bit expensive for Salt, but for Sea Salt and the good quality I think it is well worth it.
