Schwartz is a well known manufacturer that has produced quality products for years and in this garlic pepper they have continued!!! made from garlic black pepper and bell peppers it is ideal if you want to use it on any cooked meats but i idolise it on top of pizza!! controlling the amount of heat you like by putting on as much or as little as you want!! very good item indeed
