Together with Maynards wine gums, these sweets are very good quality and have very natural flavours. They do not seem to have changed very much over the years which is great as they are still as chewy as I remember from my childhood days! A firm favourite of both adults and kids!

These are my favorites, they are Always in my basket! the red and black ones are delicious and I love the taste and the chewy gums. I used to save up my pennies during the week and on Saturdays went to the local market to buy them! Happy memories of years ago but the taste and quality always the same!

Maynards are probably more famous for their Wine Gums but I've always preferred the smaller Midget Gems simply because they are easier to eat. Like wine gums they are hard chewy sweets in different colours and fruity flavours. I had a packet recently and I noticed that some of the flavours have been changed but for the rest they are still as good as they were.

I remember buying ten pence worth of these from my local sweet shop on the way to school and getting loads of them. They were my favourite chewy fruit sweet then and they are still nice now. The shapes and colours are still as gorgeous as ever. Plenty to share in this large bag.
