I love muesli for breakfast but since I have had to go gluten and lactose-free, this muesli is filling and satisfying and I like it best with yoghurt. I can get Gluten-free cereals in Spain, but they tend to be expensive and calorie-loaded, so this product is great and a good size if I need to pack for travelling. It keeps well and the texture is pleasant.
