As a Scot, I would always choose these oatcakes over any other brand. Healthy, tasty, in handy mini packs inside the box, to ensure freshness, they make a great snack. Also naturally gluten-free. Make a great alternative to crackers, and are of course essential for Burns Night and other Scottish events. They also exist in lots of other varieties, but the rough ones are the most traditional.

My wife adores these oatcakes. The texture is just right and there is a touch of salt in them. They are now part of every order.

I absolutely adore these oatcakes. They are tasty, and the texture is wonderful. Great both as a savoury and sweet snack, as the mood takes. Excellent with a good, strong cheese and butter, of course. Shame about the calories, but there you go or jam if something sweet is called for. Far more interesting than crackers or crispbread, and with that lovely crunch you just don't get with any kind of bread. Yum!

A very healthy alternative to bread and crackers. Packed filled with fibre, these oatcakes seem a little dry and bland at the first bite but they have a moreish after-taste and they are good with many toppings, both sweet and savoury. Good for taking on trips, for a quick healthy snack.

These are by far the best oatcakes ever made. The 'fine' ones are indeed 'fine', but these rough ones are excellent.

So much better than a water biscuit! We find these to be the best biscuits for cheese and chutney, and they far surpass anything I can buy in a local grocery store.

Just tried these. I usually get another brand but I liked the idea of the Scottish brand. So pleased I got them, as I enjoy them more than the other brands now.

There really is that 'rough' feeling and taste to them. You just know you are doing yourself some good when you eat them.

Nairns Oatcakes are a very filling snack. They are perfect for diabetics or people watching their blood sugar level. These come in packs of five which is good for a big snack or for a picnic. You can eat them on their own or spread them with marmite, houmous, or a sweet spread.
