I'm glad I ordered these Stockan's Thick Oatcakes for my Christmas food platters. I was able to cut each cake in halfonly crumbled one, lol to make two crackers from one cake. I made some with smoked salmon and Scottish cheddar, some fish paste with olives, and some with just ham and cheddar. The oaty flavour really accented the flavours of each one nicely. The all went up a treat. Thank you for carrying them. Will order again.

I'm giving these 4 stars only because I think they are a bit too thick. The taste and quality are exceptional, so it's not the product - it's just that they fill you up quicker and leave you feeling you would have liked another one or two to go with that cheese!
