Our favourite Matzo cracker. Really crispy and perfectly salted. We enjoy them with all kinds of spread, including a generous layer of butter. Excellent for a snack, light meal or instead of a slice of bread for a bowl of soup. A tip: crush them and use instead of bread crumps for the most delicious fish or chicken recipe.

When I discovered these were available on BCS site, I decided to try them and I was not in the least disappointed with the result! Because they are made from just flour and water, they go brilliantly with anything, either savoury or sweet. They are really crisp and well baked. I would recommend to anyone as a handy alternative to bread or other more salty or flavoured crackers or savoury biscuits.
