A staple in every kitchen cupboard, this jar of sage from Schwartz can be used in a myriad of dishes, in particular both Italian and British cookery.
A little goes a long way with sage, as it has an pungent aroma and a strong, musky taste. Traditionally it is used to flavour sausages and as a stuffing for fatty meats such as pork and goose.
This jar has a Foil Fresh seal to keep fresh, and dried sage should be stored in a cool, dark place. It will last from four to six months.

Schwartz Sage Jar has the perfect flavour and balance to add the perfect seasoning to everyday or holiday meals. As the description says, a little goes a long way, but being a sage fan, I usually add an extra dash or two, which is why there is always an extra jar on my spice rack.
