A bit of a mixed bag: the rice tastes absolutely fabulous when paired with a suitable main dish I made red lentil and mango curry but tastes of almost nothing at all when eaten by itself. The best element is the coconut itself, which is plentiful, and adds a lovely, crunchy extra dimension to the dish. The rice itself is well-cooked when heated in the microwave, and definitely enough for two adults. Also, the package has two recipe ideas printed on it, which I may try next time.
