I am all for a quickly prepared meal and Tilda Steamed Basmati Rice just does it for me. The rice is so pleasantly aromatic and wonderfully flavorful. I like to heat this up in the microwave for two minutes and add some good chicken curry on a bed of this tasty basmati rice, which is soft and fluffy once cooked. This is great for someone that doesn't have a whole lot of time on their hands to cook elaborate meals.

So simple and tasty. I know rice is easy in general and I'm a from-scratch fried rice fan normally with jasmine rice, but when I've had a long day and I'm tired and hungry, I can get something on my plate in five minutes with this stuff and it actually tastes good. I suggest preparing it in a skillet with oil seriously three minutes to heat through. I use a lime-infused oil for the rice, add soy sauce, fish sauce, sriracha and sesame oil and whatever leftovers I have in the fridge with fresh ground pepper. Five minutes! I'm excited to play around with this rice - fluffy, not too sticky, firm and flavorful. Really good find.
