A little overpriced. Love the Tilda line of ready rice and am a big fan of the quality. That said, I think you're better off just scrambling an egg and then adding the plain or coconut version of the rice to it. The flavor of this one is not my favorite and there is not much egg in my opinion. BUT, in a pinch, it works at least it has a little added protein.
