I love this stuff - the nutritional value is probably close to zero after all the processing required for you to be able to cook it in a couple of minutes, but it really is so tasty and convenient literally takes just a couple of minutes to prepare. If you cook it according to the instructions, it comes out deliciously moist with a good tomato taste. If you do let it cook too long and it comes out a bit dry, just stir in some tomato purée. Good as a side dish or by itself. A generous, filling portion for one person, but not really enough for two.
