I buy Uncle Bens Rice products on a regular basis, they are very convienient and taste really nice. All you need to add is a protein like chicken or fish, vegetables, and dinner is ready in no time at all.
The fact that this happens to be a whole grain product is an added bonus. I highly recccomend this wonderful rice, it is most enjoyable.

I was in a fix one day and didn't have any 'normal' rice in the house so I asked a neighbour if they had any that they could donate.
This is all they had. IT is very fast to prepare. Looks great and tastes great too.
We served ours with vegetables but I guess the possibilities are endless.

I must confess that I used to use these handy packets of rice a lot and I miss not being able to buy them in the supermarket here in Italy. Uncles Ben's Wholegrain Rice is my favourite variety. The rice is already steamed so it just needs heating up and there are no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. I make it up in the microwave and it takes just 2 minutes. You can buy cheaper brands of ready to serve rice but it's worth spending more to get Uncle Ben's excellent quality.
