Waitrose 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a high quality olive oil with a subtle flavour and a low acidity level.
While you can cook with extra-virgin olive oil, it doesn’t have a lower smoke point than many other oils, which means it burns at a lower temperature.
Perfect mixed with Balsamic Vinegar for dipping bread or used to dress salads.
