Allinson's Strong White Flour is clearly a high-quality product. I used it to make bread and wasn't disappointed. The loaf was well risen, light, and had a good crust. It also worked incredibly well to make flatbread wraps. I'll definitely be ordering more and feel confident enough to experiment with it now focaccia next!
