Fresh Lemongrass can often be difficult to find so Bart Lemongrass sticks are a very good alternative, that you can always have at hand in your cupboard. I make a lot of homemade curries and Thai dishes and lemongrass is one of the essential ingredients. Just add a stick to your dishes and remove before serving.
