I like just about any kind of vegetable pickled, especially pickled beetroot. Baxters Baby Beetroot has tender, tangy beetroot which is a great accompaniment in salads, sandwiches, or can be eaten straight out the jar like I love to do. One of my favorites is to eat it with some steak and ale pie. Try it out!

Ok, so I'm a little bit in love with canned beetroot, I hold my hands up! I do grow and pickle my own too, but when there just isn't the time, then I reach for a jar of Baxter's. They are almost as good as mine, sweet and tender and I have them with just about everything! They're great with cheese on a sandwich, and with salads, but also they are great served alongside cottage pies and stews too. Thanks Baxter's!

What I love about Christmas is all the excitement of presents, opening advent calendars but most of all, I love the massive variety of food one can consume.
