Sugar, Onions, Spirit Vinegar, Tomato Paste (10%), Carrots, Water, Gherkins, Tomatoes (5%), Red Peppers (4.5%), Modified Maize Starch, Salt, Mustard Seeds, Spice Extracts, Garlic Extract.
Storage Instructions
- Storage Type: Ambient.
- Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks. For best before end: See cap.

Baxters Tomato Chutney is full of flavor with an abundance of tomato taste. It makes a great addition to barbecued meat, sandwiches, burgers, fish and even salads. I also love to use this with Indian cuisine as chutneys are widely consumed with Indian food. The little chunks of tomatoes and red peppers add to the flavor and gives the chutney a little extra kick.

Never tried this before and it's excellent - really good strong flavour and easily as good as. if not better than, chutneys I have bought in the US at markets etc. Terrific in sandwiches and with cheese, salads and even tuna fish.

It's not my favourite because the tomato taste is too tomatoey. Well, it IS tomato chutney, you might say. And you would be right, of course, but I still think it could be a little subtler.
However, I always have to order a decent quantity of this as my son devours it.
And he is a cook by profession, so that's how good it is!
