Colman's associated with mustard for many a year!! Colman's English mustard goes so very well with a great selection of foods!! simply amazing with a good steak or great roast beef dinner!! Mustard adds a great kick to your food so use it sparingly!! Also nice with a cheese or ham sarnie!! or my favourite it to have a huge chunk of pork pie with Colman's!!!

My Wife loves Colemans Mustard but personally I cant stand Colmans mustard. I still remember my Mum making my packed lunch and using a knife that had previously been used with the mustard , aghhh. Its a small jar but lasts quite awhile as you only need a small amount. However when Slovak relatives come around they are quite happy to pile 13 of a jar onto their plate, you should see the look on my Wifes face. !t would make a great gift to an expat or foreigner. Small, cheap and very British.

I am almost at the end of my jar of mustard. It travelled really well here and has been a perfect match for my ham sandwiches and meats. I will definitely be ordering another jar in the near future, along with some other jars. I was originally worried that the jar would smash, but it was fine!

Colmans English mustard has a unique taste and I would be lost without it in my store cupboard. I use it to accompany roast beef but also use it when cooking. It is particularly good added to the sauce on cauliflower cheese. It also enhances the taste of a ham sandwich and can be added to any cold meat snack. A mustard I heartily recommend.

Never had beforeI'm more familiar with hot German mustards and hot Asian mustards. This was very good and addictive with a nice kick and mellow sweetness. The sweetness was an unexpected surprise as I was expecting something more vinegary after reading the reviews. Glad it had somebody, wasn't too runny and also had a tiny bit of texture more than standard yellow mustard, but missing the grains from a brown mustard. Sadly, I ordered the smallest size.

This has been used by my family for over 60 years used to be just the dried powder, it is a superb mustard with a great kick, put this on so many things including sausages, stews and casseroles, sandwiches and it makes a mean honey mustard dressing. Quality all the way with this brand and would never use any other brand of English Mustard, this is the gold standard liquid gold.
Amanda from Canada
I love the zing that you get with this delicious Colman's mustard. I find it has so much more flavour than mustard readily available here in Canada. It is great with ham sandwiches. I generally use it in pasta dishes to add a bit of extra flavour. It is great in mac and cheese and also with cauliflower cheese. I had seen it listed in many recipes on BBC good food and I am glad I finally ordered a jar, the recipes are much better with the zingy mustard over the standard tame French's mustard.

I have grown up on American yellow mustard and I always thought that was the standard mustard. I never knew English mustard was a thing! I cannot go back to regular yellow American mustard after trying this. Nice and spicy with a great big zing! I like to eat it with my sandwiches and sausage rolls.

To be honest I grew up on regular yellow mustard so when I first tried this, it caught me by surprise how spicy it was. To me this tastes more like wasabi than mustard, but that's not to say I don't like it! It's definitely different, but in a good way.

I always have a jar on the go here in Portugal. You sometimes see it in the shops but not often. The mustard here is tame like Dijon mustard. I gave a jar each to my Portuguese step sons and one almost blew his mouth off with too much. Cold turkey sandwiches at Christmas would not be the same without it.
Liam from Netherlands
Colmans is the best brand of English mustard you can get and cannot be substituted by any other brand. French Dijon mustard is excellent in sauces for example but I prefer English mustard with roast beef, cold meats , burgers and hotdogs. It has a distinct sharp, acidic and robust taste.

Colmans Mustard is a British classic and it is a product I would definitely miss if I couldn't have it anymore. Luckily my local store stocks it so I get it from them, but if you aren't as lucky as I am you can easily order it here on BCS.

The king of mustard in our house... the unique taste of Colmans English Mustard is not easily forgotten.
It goes great in a sandwich with ham, or it's good with eggs too, but not too much.
It's been around for years so that testifies to how it is such a good product.
Ewa from Italy
On this one I did take advantage of extra points! I have to say ,that was the main factor that I did get a few little jars instead of one big one, and it will always be fresh when opened. We love the English mustard taste which is unique and it is great for steak.
