I've tried pretty much all the Dolmio Stir In sauces and I have to say this is my least favourite. I love the convenience of these products, as they make great 'change of plan' dinners. They are also fantastic quick meals my 14 year old can throw together on her own.However, we found that the Smokey Bacon flavour was artificial and not up to the same standard as the other sauces.

Let me start by saying that this brand is top notch! I tried the stir-in sauces on a whim while making spaghetti bolognese and was sold immediately.
This flavour packs a punch with just the right amount of smokey bacon and the right tang of tomato. I used it with just plain pasta (when cooking for one) or mixed in with traditional sauce to give it a boost (when cooking for many).
