As expected, Hartleys Best Apricot Jam is packed with fresh fruit and is the perfect topping for a freshly toasted crumpet or toast. Hartleys Apricot Jam, as are the other varieties is great to have on hand for baking too. Just a small amount adds a fruity center for my thumbprint cookies, and other sweet creations.
