These are my absolute favourite cookie. I am so grateful that they make a Gluten-Free version of the ginger oatmeal cookie. it goes really well with a plain cup of black tea, either with or without milk. These cookies are not too sweet. they come in little packets, so you don't have to worry about them going stale, which is good because I find GF products go stale faster than regular products.
