this Pataks has a mild flavour so in the winter I enforce it with some onion and curry powder or some spiced tomato. Chicken with this sauce is the best accompanied with plain basmati, hot or cold. I used it in a picnic with chicken salad cooked the chicken and then cut and mixed with salad and it was wonderfull even cold. This sauce is a usefull way to solve the dinner after a very busy working day.

This sauce disappointed me a little. Dont get me wrong, it wasnt bad, it just wasnt that great either. It was a little bland and not like their other sauces which are pretty good. I guess it would be okay if you have small children who dont like spicy food much.

Well I just love curry in any shape or form to be honest, but the butter chicken is my all time favourite. The taste is authentic and the mild spices are just perfect for a creamy dish which I always served with naan bread. Because it is not that spicy, it can be enjoyed by everyone.
