Jalfrezi cooking sauce is one of many I cooked with from the Pataks range, for when I have friends or family for dinner.
The taste is very delicious,full of aroma of coriander,peppers and chillis.
I like it the best with chicken but it can be used with all kinds of meat.

I simply love the taste of Jalfrezi. Pataks have excelled again with this cooking sauce. Its tomato base is complimented with coriander, peppers and chilies making it quite a spicy dish that can be enjoyed in the evening.
My favourite meat in a Jalfrezi is chicken as it is tasty and very simple to prepare.
