Pataks garlic pickle has so many uses I'm not sure where to start but lets make it easy as say use it as a dip as it so easy this product has a great spicy garlic taste but is by no means hot just very tasty , that's before i think about what dishes i can add this wonderful product to when i am actually cooking as it is so tasty and adds a tremendous kick to a lot of things

I know this product for the past 20 years and cannot get enough of the same as it is so very tasty that words cannot express the taste you need to taste the product to know how good it is and there is also a plus side to the taste it is also good for getting rid of your unwanted fat in your bloodstream goes well with your sandwich and also good with your meal can be eaten with anything just to flavour up your food the spices are great for your system and could also be a flavour additive to your food

Really excellent - spicy without being too hot and the garlic is not overpowering. You don't have to wait to eat a curry to eat this pickle as with other pickles, it is good with cold meats too

I have been seriously hooked on Pataks Garlic Pickle for years now. It has that extra special, garlicky, spicy, mouthwatering taste that no other pickle...and I've tried every brand I can lay my hands on....can possibly match. It is a real taste of Asia. I guard my jar of Pataks Garlic pickle to the point of obsession. When friends come over to share one of the curries I've cooked up, my garlic pickle is under lock and key otherwise, as I've learnt from experience, there won't be any left for me. Yes...it really is that good!

I like it best with the pappadums. But the jar just sat there in the fridge so I had to think of the ways to use it.
Good for a marinade for meat as well.

I tried this product years ago when a friend gave me a taster. WoW!.. and for some reason I forgot about it. It has a bold flavour that is not as garlicy as you might think, but is an all round great tasting pickle. I can see hundreds of ways to use this product.
