Here in Italy, the only good quality food you will find, is Italian. There's no korma paste, no Indian, no curries... so when I have this as my dinner, its a real treat! The korma has a wonderful taste and is authentic. It's not too spicy, but definitely not bland!! I use ginger and coconut milk when I cook mine. I prefer not to use chicken breast as it tends to dry out very easily. Instead, I love to use chicken thighs or thick beef. Adding sweet potato whilst you're cooking the korma, and then crumbling over some feta when you serve the curry is absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend this to expats, or anyone really, especially if you are missing different types of food from home!

Pataks pastes are a simple means of preparing a delicious curry with a minimum of effort. Ideally use with chicken or prawn which complement the smooth creamy flavour of the korma sauce.
If you enjoy a more nutty flavour add some desiccated coconut. Increasing the volume of cream and reducing the water gives a richer taste. Excellent. On promotion from BCS which makes the paste excellent value.

This Curry paste is a good buy. When the simple instructions on the jar are followed correctly it is amazing to see and taste the results.
this creamy authentic Korma can be enjoyed with a number of meats. My personal favourite is chicken. It is simple, fast and tasty and will be a regular in my basket here.

Curry is not common here in southern France, so it is delightful to find BSC stocking the very paste I used in the UK, and now I can once again create authentic flavoured curries.
I have also used other Pataks sauces and pastes and always been very satisfied with each, thanks very much.
