You can always trusts Patak's for quality pickles, and their Lime Pickle is no exception. This is my partner's favourite pickle, and we always have at least one jar in the cupboard it doesn't tend to last long!. This pickle is very sour and slightly hot, and is delicious served with poppadums or simply dolloped on the side of your dish when you're eating curry.

Pickles are not my speciality and prefer ready made ones, that come from supermarket.
Pataks is one of the best brands that provides things to use for the home cooked curry.
This lime pickle tastes great with pappadums and the rajita youghurt sauce, some red onions sliced very thinly with a bit of parsley.
