I love being English and having the ability to be able to enjoy a good curry. Not being in England is obviously not ideal but thanks to the range of products available here it makes eating an authentic curry a bit easier.
This Rogan Josh Sauce is super simple to prepare with any meat you fancy. It makes enough for 4 people and its tomato and onion taste will leave you feeling extremely satisfied.

I love making curries at home and usually use curry paste that I mix with coconut milk. Sometimes, it is useful to have a ready made sauce jar for when you are feeling lazy! Pataks is always the brand to go for for Indian food. The Rogan josh sauce is a balance between creamy and fruity, the spices level is just adequate. It can be cooked with lamb or chicken. Don't forget the naans!
