Pataks is the best when it comes to Indian sauces and marinades. My family is a huge fan of Tandoori chicken and I can easily whip up an amazingly delicious Indian dish with the help of this paste. It is a wonderfully flavorful paste with an abundance of spices like ginger, coriander, cumin, paprika, tamarind, and garlic. The spices blend so effortlessly together and make your chicken taste fantastic. I like to marinate the meat all day as it makes the chicken even more flavorful and very moist by the time you are ready to cook.

I bought this to use as a base for a marinade for Tandoori Chicken to be cooked on the BBQ and it was very tasty and made the chicken moist and very tender. Lots of seconds and thirds so I will definitely be buying Patak's Tandoori Paste again. I did put the chicken to soak up the flavours covered in the fridge overnight before cooking. Yummmy!!
