Tikka Masala is one of my favorite Indian dishes and Pataks enables you to prepare a top quality dish in very little time. No slaving over the stove for an endless amount of time. I love to add this flavorful sauce to some cooked chicken and I also chop up some veggies to add some texture. It contains an array of Indian spices and has a little kick to it. I lay the curry on a bed of warm basmati rice. Voila! You have a wonderfully tasting tikka masala curry for supper.

I love all the pataks sauces but this is one of my favourites, it is full of flavour with a little kick of heat but not too spicy at all. I always empty the sauce into the pan the fill the jar with water give it a good shake and then add that to the pan too, makes sure you get all the sauce out the jar, no waste and gives you a much saucier curry too.

This sauce is my fave, I do it with a lot of onions and extra fresh chillies. It is so simple to use the cook in sauces and you can't go wrong, the final effect is heavenly. Pataks is good make and jars are long life so very easy backup food in stock.

I usually makes curries using curry paste and coconut milk but it can get time consuming. For a quick and easy curry at home, I recommend Pataks tikka masala sauce.
The spices are bang on but you can get the hotter version or add some chilli powder to it. I also add some sliced onions, keffir lime and lemongrass. Best when served with white rice and naan bread.
