Tikka is a classic, a true delight for me! I grew up with tikka masala as a Saturday night takeaway, and to have this really does make me feel like I'm back there! The flavous are on point and the instructions are easy to follow.

Tikka Masala paste from Pataks gives a very pleasant mild / medium hot curry. Easy to make by adding tinned tomatoes and cream to the fried chicken and onions.
I easily get 8 portions from a jar which allows me to stock up my freezer to avoid the chore of cooking every night.
Eat with pilau rice or a tasty naan bread and lots of great Pataks hot mango chutney.

Pataks make a fantastic Tikka Masala Paste. The flavour is very authentic and the paste is incredibly easy to use. The paste allows you to control the strength of the flavour by the amount you use, so you can make a full spicy version or a milder version as you like.

Tikka masala paste is one of the many curries I love.
This jar lasted for two or three times if I remember right, you need a couple of spoons to give a good taste.
I like to add lots of onions and peppers to mine so it will last for a few helpings.

I used this last night to feed the family. I used Turkey instead of chicken, added all the usual ingredients as stated on the jar and within 25 minutes we had a delightful home cooked curry on the table.
On the jar it states you are able to make four curries from it, each curry will feed four easily.
