This is such a versatile product you can use as much or as little to make a curry to suit your taste buds. Our family are split in that half like it hot and the other half prefer it less hot. I cook the curry and serve half than add extra paste to the mix to make it hotter for the others. You do not need to add any other spices to get the authentic vindaloo taste.
