Being a family that really enjoys fish we find that Schwartz fish seasoning jar is a wonderful addittion to the cooking process we generally add a small amount to both sides of the fish with a couple of minutes left to cook!! the lemon dill and parsley seasoning certainly brings out the addittional flavour to the dish but remember you dont need to much
