These are a really fantastic quality and a really great way to transform relatively simple dishes and give them a superb flavor that seems very authentic to France. I use on fish dishes and also great in a stew or cassoulet. Great strength and a little goes a long way. Also very good if you mix with panic and do a light crumb on a chicken breast and grate some lemon zest into the mixture

I am very fond of this particular Schwartz herb mix as it reminds me of wonderful holidays in France. It's very simple to transform any meat fish or veg dish, giving it a delicious Provence flavour. A quick and easy way for a fish dish, coat a good quality fillet of fish with a mixture of fresh breadcrumbs, melted butter, salt and a full teaspoon of Schwartz Herbes De Provence. Make into a sealed parcel with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Delicious!
