I had always avoided this spice as I don't like fiery spices. I went onto the Schwartz website to find a simple marinade and used it with chicken. Absolutely delicious. I admit I used two spoons instead of the recommended 4, and it was fiery enough for me. The taste is really deep and earthy, highly recommended!
