Like other Tate and Lyle sugars, this icing sugar is very high quality. It is ideal for sprinkling on top of sponge cakes and makes a lovely smooth icing for buns, cakes or loaves. It is an essential store cupboard ingredient all year round but is especially useful over the Christmas period for decorating traditional cakes, gingerbread and biscuits.
