Green curry is the best kind of curry in my opinion. I like any kind of curry but green curry is definitely at the top of my list, it's so savoury and delicious! This paste makes a good enough green curry, maybe not as good as an authentic one but this is pretty good and very easy to prepare!

I really like Thai Curries. In fact I really like Indian, Chinese and Thai curries. This Green Curry Paste is reasonably simple to make, however make sure you have the right ingredients if you want it to be perfect! It tastes like a well cooked Thai green curry.
If only the weather was the same as the Thai climate, then I would be really happy!
