Wessex Mills French Bread Flour was a serendipitous find! If I'm totally honest, I was drawn to the cute packaging design but I'm so glad I was! This flour produces wonderful-tasting bread. I made baguettes and they were light inside with a crispy crust almost as good as the ones you buy on holiday in France! I highly recommend giving it a go. Bread made from this flour freezes so well too.
