Wessex Mill Self Raising Flour is a staple in my kitchen baking cupboard. It creates a lovely loaf of bread and baked goods. The self-raising flour also makes the perfect coating for fish and potted meats, it comes out perfectly when baked. I will always have a spot for Wessex Mill in my home.
