I made a wonderful homemade pizza with this Mixed Grain Bread Flour and my family went wild. The pizza dough rose well and the multigrain flavor was perfect with tomato sauce, mozzarella and ham. I will be making my pizza dough with this flour more often - easy to use and good for pizza too!

What a great flour. No wonder the Wessex Mill Mixed Grain Bread Flour got a 2 star at the Great Taste Awards. The lovely mixture of wheat, rye, malt, poppy, bran and sesame gives a great multilayered taste to the finished bread.
It has a good crumb (Great British Bake Off has a lot to answer for) and keeps well. It bursts with flavour.
