Wessex Mill Cobber Bread flour was completely new to me but I'm so glad that I tried it. It makes a granary type loaf but is lighter and the malty pieces in this flour are so much softer. The loaf itself still tasted deliciously malty though. It's one of our new favourites!

I bought Wessex Mill Wessex Cobber Bread Flour for the fist time and yesterday I made a loaf of 300g of this and 200g of the Wessex Mill White Bread Flour.
It made quite a light coloured loaf which is moist and has a good crumb and is good for sandwiches and toasts well.
I will buy it again.
