Typical of a conserve made by Wilkin and sons!! absolutely jamsorry for the pun packed with fruit!! i find this conserve slighly acidic which suits my palate immensely!!Very tasty indeed and does not leave a sugary aftertaste once you have eaten it!!as i say not overly sweet but this way you get to taste the blackcurrants!! i love it and will continue buying this product

This jam is nice but the blackcurrant flavour is a bit mild and you have to spread it fairly liberally to be able to appreciate the flavour. I dislike the consistency as it is quite a dry and stodgy jam with large lumps of fruit and this makes it impossible to spread evenly and aesthetically it's not the most pleasant looking jam when spread on a piece of bread.
