You really can't go wrong with this Easy Yeast as it includes a bread improver element which means you'll get a quick rise to your dough. I've been using it to make homemade bread for over a year and it's not failed me even once. It's also suitable for bread-making machines. The small tin packaging makes it easy to measure out the exact amount you need without any waste too.

I really love this yeast. It's finer than the yeast here in the US and I love how it's all in a bulk container so you just measure it and bake as you will with it. It's much better than the sachets and unlike them, once you open it, you just close it and put it in the cupboard.
