I really love this product. I used baking soda in my recipes that call for bicarbonate of soda since I live in the US and we dont have that here, so I figured it was the closest thing. I like to have the actual item with the proper terminology on hand. I also love that the product is in a container that you can close up and store, something you cant do with baking soda.
