Dr. Oetker Almond Extract is a must have in any home bakers pantry. It is a wonderful product that can be used to flavour biscuits and cakes alike. A little goes a long way and it is most surprising what a difference it makes to your baking endeavours.

I love anything almond flavoured. Marzipan, almond biscuits, cakes etc.
I make apple cobbler and put some almond extract into the crumb topping for extra flavour, as well as ground almonds.
Gives a really different and delicious taste to baking when you want that strong almond flavour, which most often plain ground or whole almonds do not give. It also gives the whole house a delicious smell when baking.
