I love Batchelors Bigga Marrowfat Peas, as they are delicious and so very versatile. Not only do they make a great side dish, but they also are a welcome addition to soups and stews. They stay plump and hold up well. I find these marrowfat peas to be more tasty than the Mushy variety. Very reasonably priced too.

Goes great with fish and chips adding a little bit of balance. The taste is just as I remember it to be after not having them for so many years. Very quick and easy to make and handy to have in the cupboard where it can be stored for the right time!
