Batchelors Cup a Soup Tomato is a very easy and quick way to prepare a decent tasting tomato soup. Just boil water, pour the contents in a cup and mix with hot water.
One pack contains 4 sachets.
As I find the taste rather mild, I usually add some seasonings like pepper to this soup to make it even tastier.

A bit too watery for me. The tins are much more satisfying, but of course it's ten times easier to order these packets and have them in the house. Convenience food really, all right as far as it goes and , yes, you can take them to work. So it scores on many points but it's still a bit watery for me.

Even though I prefer creamier tomato soups, Batchelors cup a soup tomato was very satisfying. The sachets are perfect to have on holidays or at your desk at work. They also make a nice snack at home, with white buttered bread to dip in. The soup is very light and has a strong tomato flavour and also a slight herby taste.
