I just love the caramel flavour of this castor sugar. It does make a difference in everything you bake, it adds just a little extra flavor. Flavor wins right!! I use it almost exclusively. I love making Swiss and Italian Meringue with Billingtons golden caster sugar. I buy these a dozen at a time, its that good.

Billingtons Natural Golden Caster Sugar is a product I was happy to find available at BCS. We can only find golden caster sugar in specialty shops here in Norway and the price is set accordingly. This sugar makes desserts more flavoursome and as a result more successful. A real winner!
