Simply bring a pan of water to the boil, add the noodles and simmer until the noodles have softened. Drain and serve immediately with a delicious stir fry sauce.

All blue dragon products are very good and blue dragon fine egg noodles are no exception they are so very easy to cook and taste very very good just like the authentic asian food it is a great side to any meat dish and certainly adds flavour and texture even to my home cooking also goes well with a liberal splash of blue dragon hoisin sauce a great meal for the whole family
